We were in Kelantan a few weeks ago, for a colleague's wedding.

It was nice! Kelantan was nice, albeit the old-looking buildings, the uneven roads and the super packed places. Driving around Kota Bharu felt like a whole new, strange city - as if we were in some other country.

Husband got this for me from his last business trip!

Am a happy happy wife.

I used to get soaps and bath salts from Lush Japan during the uni years, simply because we couldn't find it in Malaysia and in Japan, it was everywhereeee. Up to the point that I was drawn into the store because we kept passing it during our many trips to the Hiroshima city, and ended up buying a month's supply of soaps.

Because their soaps are cool.

It has been 6 days since Rayyan caught a flu.

His first flu.

And for the last 6 days, I've been trying to keep it together - feeding him enough milk, but cannot go full on his usual dose as he's having difficulty breathing from the flu, so I have to reduce the amount a bit; making sure he naps enough as he keeps jerking awake because of the cough, making sure he's still as cheerful and playful as usual so that we know his antibody is working and at the same time, looking after the husband..because he's down with fever too.

And that's not the worst.

For the past 3 days, I've been on MC because I got sick, too.

I'm not that into fashion. In fact, nothing I do in my career even remotely considers as fashion. Fashion, to me is a way to represent yourself - kind of like your own identity via what you wear, which applies to everyone; whether you like it to be simple, unique or average. Your own style.

I like simplicity. Nothing extravagant ever applies to me, especially those on fashion websites or runways; a Zara top usually would do it for me. A plain one, or maybe with some pop of color here and there - but I found myself recycling the plain ones way too many times that they became a staple in my wardrobe. So I guess I'm more into simple tops and jeans I think? But I found myself occasionally checking out online websites whenever I feel like revamping up my wardrobe or just to feast my eyes; and one of them is FashionValet. (did a review here)

A few weeks ago, I finally pulled the trigger.

Got myself a belated birthday present for this year!

IT'S A BAG!

Blogged about the bag last year when I had to let it go for the sake of the baju nikah I wanted. Was not over it yet for almost a year when I finally saw the same bag listed on Reebonz Malaysian website - in a rich green color.

Came across this old picture of one of my many subject notes back in uni, a subject's printed slides, and a denshijisho (electronic dictionary).

And suddenly I just feel..sad.

Was (miraculously) invited to Anya's official launch of Bespoke line in Pavilion last few weeks.

(I should block their number T.T)

But I was looking forward to it, mostly because they have flown in a British craftsman who would provide embossing service on the AH leather items if you managed to get your hands on them, example below :

...FOR FREE!

What I got last weekend?

(..because I haven't done these for a while.)

No, wait, I've never taken a picture of my feet and bag and office attire - so here it is.

I got a new office bag from Zara and new work shoes from Hush Puppies (on 70% sale!)
