I think this picture would make him happy. Not sure if it's the same Tin Tin the cartoon though.
All in all, I don't get the hype about this Manneken Pis boy. There were so many people watching him so I didn't get to have a picture alone with him, but his replicas are everywhere!
Don't think I'll be coming back for him. However adorable he is, naked.
